Biography
Sumserious Music was started by CEO/Producer Boyraw in 2001. Boyraw was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois having moved later to South Bend, Indiana at the start of his freshman year in high school. He began dabbling in the music game early in 95’ when his music interests first really caught flame. After graduating from high school, Boyraw joined and served in the Navy for four years in Japan where he dropped 4 CD’s. Once discharged from the Navy, Boyraw enrolled in Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida and graduated in 9 months with his Associates Degree in Recording Arts.
Using the skills he learned for recording in school and mostly improving on the skills he had already developed on his own, Boyraw began to seriously make a name for himself as a producer. Boyraw dropped The Alliance: Chapter 1 in December 2007 showcasing his beats and a full range of artist collaborations throughout the country.
Sumserious Music is working to make a serious impact in the music industry by providing beats to underground artists who are seriously trying to make a name for themselves. Sumserious Music is working to equip those artists with beats that can highlight their potential and also solidify Sumserious Music as a production company to be reckoned with.
The Sumserious Music Team is made up of CEO Boyraw, Promotions Managers Villian D and Rey, and Public Relations Manager Jrabbit. If you’re interested in becoming a part of the Sumserious Music Team, be sure to hit us up!!
