Biography

J.LEWIS
Jermaine Lewis, was born and raised in Middletown NY. At age 17 began his ascent into music and has graduated to an MC that brings relief to a congested rap game.

Portraying an extremely marketable image J.lewis raps with a cofidence of a seasond MC. The ladies love the strong nature of his presence and his chiseled demeanor on stage. Guys can't ignore the talent and force he exudes in his rhymes, with his original style that even impresses veteran MC's. His tracks have a solid replay value that benifits the listener, a trait that is hard to come by but comes easy to this musician.

At a young age J.lewis was influenced by his religion and poetry. As he grew so did the love for hip hop. Admiring rappers such and Nas, Common, Rakim, Jay Z, Biggie, and the Wu, [just to name a few] J.lewis was drawn closer by the reality of what these MC's spoke. This would form the blueprint in which he would form his own lyrical surrounding and begin expressing himself through music. His experience and observation are then transformed into an energetic and melodic flow style unique to the genre

J.lewis has performed in venues ranging from Jimmy's Uptown Cafe, The BET Comedy tour, The Kennedy Center and Lucy's Lounge (all in harlem), to Thomasina's Jacob Coliseum and Club Tropics in Queens. Then he stole the show in his local area at the Paramount, Way Off Broadway, Howard Johnson's and Oneonta College is just to name a few.

Not only does J.lewis have aspirations of an artist, but he also has the vision of being an entrepreneur as well. He has developed his own entertainment company titled Lyfe Line entertainment and co-produced a hit telivision show "Ike TV"
